A Korean family, cooking Vietnamese food their way.

Pho Heaven opened in 2013. When the original Vietnamese partner left, the family kept cooking — the only way they knew how, with Korean technique. Thirteen years later, the same kitchen is still here, now passing into the next pair of hands.

Before you come in.

Where exactly are you inside Westgate?

Right next to Texas Chicken, on the main shopping strip. If you can see Texas Chicken, you can see us. Free parking at the Westgate carpark — just walk straight in.

Is there parking?

Yes — free parking at Westgate Shopping Centre right outside our door. Plenty of spaces available, even on busy Saturdays.

Do you have gluten-free options?

Several. Our pho is made with rice noodles, and we have rice dishes and vermicelli bowls that are naturally GF. Let our staff know when you order and we'll guide you.

Do you take bookings?

Walk-ins are welcome. For groups of 6 or more, give us a call on (09) 833 1014 so we can hold a table.

What makes your pho different?

We're a Korean-Vietnamese fusion kitchen. Our broth layers Vietnamese cinnamon warmth with Korean black pepper heat, then builds seafood umami underneath. Three sensations in one bowl, hitting at different moments. Start with the Jjambbong Pho to taste the difference.

Is it kid-friendly?

Absolutely. Smaller portions, highchairs, plenty of mild options kids love — fried rice, chicken pho, wontons. Families are a big part of our regulars.
